The Woodlands is covenant-governed nearly everywhere, and The Woodlands Township and its village associations apply design standards that in practice rule out a container sitting on a residential lot. We'd rather tell you that now than sell you a box you have to move. If you want long-term storage and can't site it at home, land it at a property you control in Conroe or Magnolia — we deliver to both.
Construction sites, commercial and retail back lots, office and flex-space storage, and permitted temporary placement during a build or remodel. Contractors working Research Forest, Sterling Ridge and the Town Center corridor are most of our volume here.
Active sites need a lockable box that stays dry and survives a Houston summer. Cargo worthy is usually the right grade — it's structurally graded and it looks acceptable on a site where a client might walk through. Wind and watertight saves money if appearance genuinely doesn't matter.
