We collect only what we need to quote and deliver a container:
We collect this when you fill in a quote form, call us, text us, or email us. We do not buy contact lists and we do not collect payment card details on this website.
To prepare your quote, arrange delivery, answer your questions, and follow up about your order. We keep records of transactions as required for tax and business purposes.
Consent. We text you only if you have told us we can. There are two ways that happens: you tick the optional SMS consent box on a quote form on this website, or you give us your number and agree to be texted during a phone call, a text you send us first, or a conversation in person. Ticking the box is optional and you can still submit the form without it. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
What we send. Conversational, one-to-one messages about your specific inquiry: quotes, delivery scheduling, and answers to your questions. We do not send marketing blasts.
Message frequency. Varies based on your conversation with us. Typically only while an inquiry or delivery is active.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for text messages.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you. Reply HELP for assistance, or call us at (346) 220-0544.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with parties who have to be involved to complete your order — for example the depot supplying your container and the trucking company delivering it — and only what they need for that purpose.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We use ordinary business tools to run this company — a business phone and messaging service, email, website hosting, and form handling. These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Inquiry records are kept while we are working with you and for a reasonable period afterward. Transaction records are kept as long as tax and business law requires.
